The house is located about 400 m from the sandy beach and the town, the 700 m long beach is one of the best on the Adriatic. Suitable for swimming for adults and especially for children. The house is about 400 m from the LIDL and KONZUM supermarkets with free parking, and the house is about 1000 m from the center of Crikvenica. We have provided fenced parking for our guests in the yard of our house.
The apartment APP1 for 4+1 persons is large (80 m2), comfortable and well-furnished and offers guests a pleasant stay. The apartment has a 40 m2 terrace under stone arches with a beautiful view of the sea. The living room has 2 sofas and together with the dining room has 30 m2. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and another separate toilet, air conditioning, TV/SAT, WI FI Internet speed 300 Mb/s. The apartment is equipped with dishes, bed linen and towels for guests. The price of the APP includes the use of air conditioning, WI FI, parking space in the yard of the house, all taxes and residence tax.
The apartment APP2 for 6+1 persons is 90 m˛ in size, it is comfortable and beautiful and offers guests a pleasant stay. The apartment has a 40 m˛ balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The living room has a view of the sea and together with the kitchen has 30 m2. APP guests also have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV/SAT, WI-FI internet speed 300 Mb/s, kitchen with dishes, room with bed linen, towels.
The price of the APP includes the use of air conditioning, WI FI, parking space in the yard of the house, all taxes and residence tax.
The surcharge on the APP price is 30% more than the published APP price for a stay of 3 days.
