The building is situated in a pine forest in the town Šparadići, 6 km from the tourist center of Primosten and 15 km from Sibenik. Distance away from the sea is 10 m, the beach is suitable for children and adults, the sea is very clean and quiet and good place for family recreation. In the vicinity are two national parks: Krka and Kornati. Both apartments are spacious with large terraces and sea views
