Villa Ivanka is located by the pebble beach of the Adriatic Sea in the centre of the tourist town of Gradac on the Makarska Riviera. Gradac is 35 km away from Makarska and is also halfway between the famous tourist destinations of Split and Dubrovnik. A villa with a beautiful appearance dominates the beautiful bay.
