The apartment consists of three bedrooms with new luxury double beds (180x200) with a plasma TV, a large living room with a corner sofa, which is converteble to 300x200 double bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, rustic balcony overlooking the sea, river, Opatija and Kvarner Bay and a large rustic terrace 20 m2. The apartment has 40 m2 garden with barbecue, two storage and one parking space (with more parking places possible). The apartment is air conditioned, with satellite TV and wireless internet access (WI-FI).
