Villa Roza is situated in the village Pjescana uvala, 3 km from Pula. Name of the village comes from the sandy beach, suitable for children and older people. Villa Roza is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, villa is located in a quiet and peaceful village, the beach is just a minute walk away. The villa has three apartments, which are adjusted each year so the guests stay is more pleasant. Family Špiljak deals with apartments renting for more than thirty years.
