Additional Information
The quiet weekend village Kanica is located 10 km from Rogoznica, 20 km from Trogir, 30 km from Sibenik ... The nearest pebble beach is only 150 m away (restaurant and beach bar) and the whole peninsula within a radius of less than 500m is uninhabited. Beautiful beaches, clear sea and nature. Shop 3km and in the morning around 8:00 a van with basic groceries (bread, milk, fruit, vegetables) arrives in front of the house.
The house has a parking lot and barbecue for guests. The house has two separate two-room apartments (AP4 + 1 is on the ground floor for 5 people and AP5 + 1 on the first floor for 6 people) each with an area of 48 square meters and terraces of 20 square meters.
Tourist tax, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
The minimum length of stay is 7 nights.
